About NWMC Auctions
Individuals and companies looking for deals on used municipal vehicles and equipment have discovered that the Northwest Municipal Conference auctions are a great place to find what they are looking for. Bidders at our auctions find a variety of vehicles and equipment to choose from, with a typical auction offering approximately 100 to 150 items for sale.
If you’re looking for an affordable pre-owned, locally driven vehicle, we offer choices ranging from police patrol cruisers and administrative cars and SUVs to drug seizure vehicles. If your business needs trucks or heavy equipment, we feature dump trucks, snowplows, earth moving equipment, trailers and pick-up trucks. We even auction hard to find specialty vehicles such as ambulances, buses, and police motorcycles.
Please note: not all vehicles and equipment are available at every auction. A preliminary list of vehicles and equipment that will be available at the auction will be posted on this page about one week prior to the auction date.
Auctions are held annually at local public works facilities in our member communities. Municipalities and agencies looking to sell off surplus vehicles and equipment find this to be an ideal forum thanks to the large number of potential bidders that are attracted to each auction. The number of non-Conference members (including park districts, school districts and special districts) participating in the auctions illustrates the success of the Northwest Municipal Conference auctions.
