SPC Awards New Vehicle Contracts!
The SPC is excited to finally have vehicle contracts to offer again. The following contract were competitively bid and awarded to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder.
Please note that the SPC generally does not allow a price change during the first 12 months on any awarded contract. However, the only way we could get responses to our Requests for Proposals was to modify that requirement. Therefore, if during the first 12 months of the contract award, there is a change in the model year, the SPC will allow cost increases, with substantiation provided by the manufacturer to warrant the price increase. Year-over-year model changes, supply change issues, and unforeseen production issues will be allowed for consideration.
